Very good service from the start, an appointment was arranged promptly and everything was then clarified to our satisfaction. The advice from Tino Lips was very commendable, pleasant and competent, you feel like you are in good hands here! Another bonus point is the online portal, where you are always informed about the individual steps. The funeral service was beautifully organized and decorated, everything was perfectly organized. The speaker, Ms. Roese, was also very professional and found wonderful words, highly recommended! All in all, we were always well cared for and are glad that we chose Ahorn Bereavement Assistance!!!
Ahorn funeral assistance Lips is an absolutely reputable, competent, trustworthy funeral home. We asked different undertakers in the Lüneburg area for an upcoming bereavement and Ahorn replied quickly and completely and was reachable despite the weekend. You immediately felt in good hands. The funeral service was stylish and beautiful, and our wishes were met. The billing at the end was well broken down, comprehensible and at a serious, real price. Contact was trusting and friendly at all times, whether with the boss or the lady on the phone. At our request, the undertaker took care of everything that had to do with it (obituary notices, cards...). Super website with additional services that make life easier and nicer (address book, commemorative candles...). We will definitely contact Ahorn again!
I have known Ahorn Lips for many years. Both my grandparents and currently my father in Dec. 22 accompanied this funeral home in a great way. Sensitive, mindful and patient in all ways. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung in dieser schwierigen Zeit. Für uns war alles sehr würdevoll und schön für den Abschied. Auch die Beratung war sehr gut und wir bekamen viel Hilfe und Unterstützung.
